Today is the first day in two weeks that I have left work on time. I have got to thinking why do we dedicate so much time to our jobs?? We work extra hours to get ahead of projects on our desk only to come in the next day and fall further behind. WHAT GIVES??
Trevor and I did go and have dinner with Marlise and Michael at the Longbranch. It has a great chimi!! We then stopped at my parents' to watch part of the WILD game. Marlise is in town becuase she is flying out on Saturday for her cruise. Someday I can't wait until we can take vacations for more than long weekends.
I do have to give big kudos to my husband for getting our wireless router set up and working. He did it last night after I had worked on it for about an hour. I got so fed up with it not working that I was ready to throw the thing in the snow and then take it back to Best Buy. He worked on it after I went to dance and by the time I got home he had it all set up!! GO GREG!!
I did go out for drinks after dance last night with a couple of the ladies. We just went across the parking lot to Rudy's Red Eye Grill. It is owned by the same company that owns Axels' and Bonfire. We had such a good time. We laughed so hard at Gretch who talked about going to "Chicago" for the night!!
